Delivery Information

HAIMONT understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@haimont.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Haimont cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Returns Policy

Warm and Stylish

I have been looking for a mid weight jacket to wear hiking in the fall. This jacket is perfect. It is fleeced lined and has a hood. I love that it has so many zippered pockets and is water resistant. Now with all these pockets I don't need to carry a purse or backpack and will be able to keep all my items safe since the pockets are so big. This jacket is exactly what everyone needs. I highly recommend this jacket.

Generous fit!

This jacket is substantial - almost a coat. Soft, thick lining and softshell outer. It's well made, with double stitched seams. Loads of zipper pockets so it's great for traveling. Valuables will stay safely tucked away - there are three pockets inside and the one on the right is Velcro fastened and big enough to carry a book or small package.The sleeves are generous as well - great for a long-armed human like me! I got the navy and it's dark. Roomy enough to wear bulky sweaters underneath. Great jacket for the price - highly recommended!

Very nicely made

We got this for my wife and this is her thoughts on it. For fitment she is 5'3 125lbs and went with a small.This coat is very nice. It has a good weight to it and it is comfortable to wear. What I like is that it has a lot of pockets on the inside. Also, the hoodie has draw strings to tighten it up, but its also removable if I don't want it on. On the bottom of it has draw strings as well to tighten it. All the zippers are very smooth too. So far no complaints and I think this will be perfect for fall weather!

Very well-made but runs big

I like the design of this jacket very much. The material is sturdy, seems like it will be fantastic during the winter months, and is sleek and stylish. Unfortunately, it's a bit too big. I should have gotten an extra small. I will still enjoy it, and being too big is better than being too small, so I will just wear a lot of layers, and keep warm in style this winter. I really like all the pockets and the main reason I got this jacket was for the hood. It's a generous hood that is removable. Overall, it's a really great design.

Great fit, powerful wind resistance, smooth zipper, not the warmest...

This has a great fit that flatters, being loose in the right places (stomach, chest) and hugging a little on the sides, it contours well. The zippers are large and smooth, practically snag-less, with a satisfying "zzz~zip!" to them. The zippered outer pockets are secure and have a good amount of space for keys and such, and the inner pockets are secure and VERY spacious!The adjustable Velcro straps on the wrists are genius, I loved being able to wrap them tight to keep the chill out. The outer material is smooth and resists water and wind like a champ. The inner lining is soft and comfortable, with a bit of grip so it stays in place on your body and doesn't shift/chafe/pull when you jog and your waist starts twisting around. The hood is comfy, and doesn't impede hearing much, plus it's removable if you want using just one simple zipper!While this does repel wind and water, it is not insulated really, and it didn't keep out real chill at all. It's a jacket for light weather or jogging, when you don't WANT extra heat on your core. When I stopped moving and cooled down the cold did creep in faster than I liked, and I found myself sticking my hands into the pockets and rubbing my arms together and such, trying to keep the bite in the air off. I think on a lightly drizzling spring or summer day, this is an ideal jogging/shopping/outing jacket, but on an early fall morning it just didn't have the warm lining in the core/chest where I needed it.The quality is overall outstanding, and in the right conditions this would be ideal, but I feel like it could be a little warmer than it is, because anything designed to repel wind ought to expect SOME bite in the air, and this didn't really keep any of that off, even if it kept me from actually feeling the wind. 4-stars, I think. This is great, but just shy of perfect, at least for me.
