I was surprised e how many pockets it had that I didn’t realize when I purchased it. The back pocket is great for larger things. Works extremely well and have been wearing it ever since.

Extremely light, perfect for long runs. It covers your back really good and it does not rub bounce too much when running downhills. 100% recommended.

This would be a great option for runners or whoever needs a slim and lightweight hydration pack.

Lightweight and functional. Used this pack while backpacking/hiking the Sheltowee Trace Trail. Lots of pockets and a water bladder, too. Great color and quality.

I love this for my long runs. It holds my water, gels, keys, and phone easily while not bouncing too much. Easy to adjust, very light and comfortable.

Race 8L Hydration Vest

Crazy how much space I had for everything I was carrying and no bouncing. I was concerned about the fit as a 5'0 woman and I couldn't be any happier. It fit with my tank top and no chafing.

Not bad quality. So small i gave it to my daughter.sizes are based on female structure. Unisex. Which of course eliminates male sizes.

I’ve spent more than a week looking at all the vests out there - almost all of the name brands and came across Haimont. All the other brands which are more expensive didn’t have as much pockets as Haimont has. I also liked the style and fit as seen on the pictures. I’ve read some reviews that says it’s a really good vest so I ordered this one. I’ve already tried using it and really love this vest. The material is great quality and looks really durable. I ordered small size and I’m usually a small and the fit is great, I used it with no jacket on but if I needed to put one, there’s still enough space. Unlike some other vests out there that looks so tight on the body even with just a shirt on, this one fits great. I’ve filled both 500ml flasks and didn’t feel restrictive at all. I was worried my Iphone promax would be hard to take in and out of the pocket if the bottle was full, but to my surprise, I can access my phone anytime with ease. I really like the small additions that actually makes a difference - the whistle (would come handy esp. hiking), the small garbage pouch that I used to put my empty gel and electrolytes mix in (I hate littering). I anticipate using this vest for running more than 10K and when hiking with my family. If you’re looking for a vest and couldn’t decide, choose this one and you will not go wrong. Don’t fall for the more expensive ones out there. Haimont quality is same if not better than all of the other vests out there and it has more space than you think you would need.

In trying something different, the flasks in front. It is some getting used to but I think I may use this in my upcoming 50k. A bit snug but after 5 miles or so it is welcome as my other vest start bouncing around.

Never have run with a vest before so this was my first. Seems to be good quality. Doesn't move around when running and as ample storage for my intended uses. Only aspect I think could be improved on is the snap connections in the front. With the sizing coming it slightly smaller than expected and the two cross straps connecting the front, it feels as though it could be better secured with a different setup in the front.

The vest works well. It is cool and does not get heavy from absorbing rain or sweat. The only thing is I like to use the hydration bladder in the back and put other things in the flask holders on the front and I can't fit my hands through the opening of the nice, deep flask holders, so things can be hard for me to reach.
