Some haimont orders may qualify for promotional discounts based on the number of items purchased or the total order value.

Exchanges
If you exchange an item for a different size or color, your original promotional discount will remain unchanged, provided that the exchange does not reduce the number or value of items in your order.
You will not lose your original promotional discount simply because you need to exchange an item.

Partial Returns
If you return part of your order, the promotional discount will be recalculated based on the items and order value you keep.

Our current multi-item promotion is:
2 items: 20% off
3 items: 30% off
4 or more items: 40% off

If a partial return causes your order to no longer qualify for the original promotion, the discount will be adjusted to the applicable promotion for the items you keep. Your refund will be calculated based on the adjusted discount.

Example:
If you purchase 5 items and receive 40% off, but later return 3 items, you will be keeping 2 items. The remaining items will be recalculated at the 20% off promotion for 2 items, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Free Gift with Purchase
If your order qualifies for a free gift based on a minimum purchase amount, you must continue to meet the minimum purchase requirement after any return.

For example, if your order qualifies for a free waist pack with a $99+ purchase, but the value of the items you keep after a return falls below $99, you will no longer qualify for the free gift.

In this case, the free gift must be returned along with the other returned items. If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Promotional discounts and free gifts are subject to the eligibility requirements in effect at the time of purchase. Exchanges do not affect your original promotional discount, while partial returns may result in a recalculation of your discount and refund based on the final items and order value retained.
