Dwi Saputra Mputha

Country: Indonesia

“Trail running gives me balance — it’s not about speed, but about peace and resilience. Every step is a reminder that nature always gives back what you put in.”

Dwi discovered trail running during the pandemic, when the world slowed down but his inner drive to explore grew stronger. What started as a way to find balance soon became his escape — a path toward discipline, clarity, and connection with nature.

A government employee from South Tangerang, Dwi lives a double life: weekdays in the city, weekends chasing mountains. He’s calm but determined, humble but fierce when the trail turns steep. His mantra, “No rush, just the finish line,” reflects his quiet persistence — never chasing glory, only the joy of finishing strong.

Outside running, he enjoys singing, spending time with family, and discovering new places. His first 100K race in Chiang Mai by UTMB remains one of his most defining moments — a test of endurance and belief, when pain gave way to pride at the finish line.

“Haimont gear has become my go-to for both training and racing. It’s light, durable, and built for real mountains. I love that Haimont isn’t just about performance — it’s about embracing the spirit of adventure. The comfort, breathability, and quick-dry design make every run feel effortless.”
