Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make changes to your order, so please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

  • Orders typically ship withinΒ 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We ship via major carriers includingΒ UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Carrier selection is not available at this time.
  • We doΒ not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Undeliverable packages will be returned. To arrange re-delivery, please contact service@haimont.com.

  • Free standard ground shipping is available on U.S. orders over $60.
  • For U.S. orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For non-U.S. orders, shipping rates vary by destination and shipping method. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

    International Shipping (Outside the United States)

    • International orders may be subject toΒ customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
    • These charges are determined by local authorities andΒ cannot be calculated or collected by haimont at checkout.
    • International delivery typically takesΒ 7–10 business days. Once the package reaches your local postal service, delivery times may vary.
    • All international orders are final once shipped and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure all product details, sizing, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

    Backordered Items

    If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to:
    • Wait for the item to be restocked
    • Split the shipment and receive the available items first
    • Select a replacement item
    • Cancel the backordered item for a refund

    Tax Information

    • All product prices include applicable sales tax.
    • No additional tax will be charged at checkout.
    • International orders do not include customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
