Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment

We ship most orders from our third-party warehouse located in Wichita Kansas. However, depending on inventory availability, orders may be fulfilled from Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) within the United States. This may result in slight variations in packaging
In some cases, due to inventory shortages, orders may be shipped directly from our partner factories to ensure timely delivery. This may affect overall shipping times.
No matter where the product is shipped from, we ensure consistent product quality and standards across all fulfillment channels.

Shipping

  • Standard USPS shipping (typically 2-7 business days after leaving our warehouse and shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States) is free on all orders $78+. For orders under $78, standard shipping varies based on package weight and destination.
  • For support with shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, contact support service@haimont.com for guidance
  • In times of high traffic during sales or holiday periods, we can experience delays as we process higher volume of orders.
  • Expedited shipping is not currently available. If you need your haimont gear sooner, please contact service@haimont.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

International shipping

  • We ship all international orders from our partner factories. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • At checkout, customers may be charged for shipping fees and, if applicable, customs duties, taxes, or VAT.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
