Returns & Exchanges

At haimont, our return policy is liberal, generous, and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We want you to love our apparel/gear, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit.
Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our gear.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date your order ships.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original inner packaging retained.
  • Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

    Holiday Extended Returns

    • For purchases made between November 15 and December 15, the return window is extended to 60 days from the date of shipping.

    We understand that you need to try on your items to check sizing, please just refrain from getting them dirty or sweaty until you're sure you want to keep them.


    How to Start a Return or Exchange

    To initiate a return or exchange, just click the link below and remember to use the email address you used to place your order.

    Exchanges

    • To exchange an item, submit a return request and ship the original item back to us.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back.
    • haimont covers the shipping cost for sending the replacement item (size or style) within the United States.
    • International exchange shipping costs are not covered.

    Returns & Refunds

    • For refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned items are received and inspected.
    • There is no return service or restocking fee.

    Important Notes

    • Multiple orders or exchanges may not be combined into a single return shipment.
    • Each return label applies to one order only. Additional items included in the same package will not be processed or refunded.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for haimont products purchased from other retailers or websites.
    • We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs for orders shipped outside the United States.
