haimont Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every run with confidence. If your haimont gear isn’t quite right, we offer up to 30-day returns and free 60-day exchanges. The process is simple, clear, and designed to make your experience hassle-free.

U.S. Domestic Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, request a prepaid return label by emailing service@haimont.com or click Begin a return or exchange. haimont will cover the shipping cost to return your items and send you the correct size or equal value items.

Returns: If you’d like a refund, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes (Before Shipping Items Back)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for all unworn and unwashed items not marked as FINAL SALE
  • Original hang-tags must remain attached
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, please replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity
  • For returns of 5 or more items, a 10% restocking fee may apply
  • Refunds are processed after items are received and inspected, typically within 10 business days

International Returns & Exchanges

For international orders, please email service@haimont.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions.
