Running often starts as an individual journey.

A single run. A personal goal. A challenge to go a little farther.

But over time, running becomes something bigger — shaped by the people we meet, the communities we join, and the shared experiences that keep us moving forward.

That spirit was at the heart of the 4th Annual Run The Valley Fest.

Bringing the San Fernando Valley Running Community Together

Held at Lake Balboa Park, Run The Valley Fest brought together runners from across the San Fernando Valley for a day celebrating local run clubs, friendships, and the connections built through running.

Unlike a traditional race focused only on results, Run The Valley Fest created space for runners of all levels to meet, share experiences, and celebrate the community behind the sport.

From first-time participants to experienced runners, everyone had the opportunity to connect through shared miles and conversations.

The People Who Build Running Communities

Great running communities don't happen by accident.

They are created by people who take the initiative to bring others together — organizing events, welcoming new runners, and creating spaces where people can find support and connection.

Hosted by Jonathan Andrade, Run The Valley Fest shows how community builders create opportunities for runners to connect, share experiences, and transform individual miles into a shared journey.

    Celebrating Connection Beyond the Miles

As part of our ongoing support for grassroots running communities, haimont was proud to be part of Run The Valley Fest alongside 390 Trail Coasters, a local running community in the San Fernando Valley.

Throughout the event, runners connected through conversations, trail trivia, and fun community challenges, including a candy jar guessing game.

These small moments are what make running communities memorable — the conversations before and after the run, the new connections made along the way, and the encouragement shared between runners.

    Why Community Matters

Every runner has their own goals.

Some chase new distances. Some explore new trails. Some simply show up to enjoy the next mile.

But behind every runner is often a community that provides encouragement, motivation, and connection.

At haimont, we're inspired by the people who create these spaces and bring runners together — because every adventure is shaped by the communities we share it with.
