"Feeling free on the trails, disconnecting from the human world, and letting the 'animal' within flow — that’s why I run."
I’ve always loved the mountains and running among their trees and rocks. My trail running journey truly began in 2017 when a cousin convinced me to start training to reach more distant places. I enjoy medium-distance races (25–30 km) and pushing myself fully from the first meter. Outside of running, I work serving customers at a gas station and also help other runners improve their races.
One of my most memorable race experiences was snowrunning in the Sierra Nevada, running at night in the snow, darkness all around, with cold, wind, and rain — just me and the mountain. That feeling of solitude and connection with nature is unforgettable. My pre-race ritual is a short jog to release nerves while chatting with fellow competitors.
