Standard Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from haimont.com. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If this condition is not met and still returned, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. If the return is due to personal preference or a fault caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

Damaged or Defective items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures or videos of the issue and attach them to your initial email. This will help us file the investigation immediately.

If you opt to replace the same item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipt of your return. Please note that we don’t offer exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item in this case.

If you’d rather have a full refund, we will issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return.

In this case, you don't need to pay any return shipping charges and other fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If the product has no quality problems, you want to return the product for a replacement, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, but no other fees.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, but no other fees.

How to Return

To start a return, simply fill in the details on the Returns Form or you can contact us at service@haimont.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address (not the company address): 3849 S Delsea Dr D0000, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360, or to the address specified on the return label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your item has not shipped yet, Please contact our customer service representative at service@haimont.com in time and apply for a refund, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund within 3 working days from the receipt of the email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the next 7 business days.

If your item is already on its way or you have already received your item, Please fill in the details on the Returns Form and contact us to get a return shipping label. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at service@haimont.com.
