Delivery Information
HAIMONT understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on Orders Over $40. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@haimont.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Haimont cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

I am really enjoying my new trekking poles. They are very lightweight and easy to store!
I purchased these for hiking in the mountains for a recent vacation. Hiked down a few steep areas to reach waterfalls and rivers. Poles set up in a few seconds. Very sturdy. The design prevents collapses that often occur with other brands. Stows away nicely after hike.
Excellent walking poles. The locks keep your length adjustments very secure, and they "fold up" to a manageable size to carry. It would've been nice if they came with a little carrying case to transport them in and keep the alternate with them, but oh well. The grips are comfortable and have good grip to them, and the poles are nice and lightweight yet feel very durable. Would recommend.
The best gift for myself
I ordered these walking poles for my mother to use when taking walks around the yard and along the country lanes that lead to our neighbours houses. She has problems with her knees, and these poles do a fantastic job of supporting her by balancing her weight. They also keep her legs aligned so her joints feel less impact while getting exercise.
These are collapsible walking poles made of a lighter aluminum than Im used to. Although lightweight, they are very sturdy and well constructed. And once they are adjusted properly, the poles wont collapse or slide unexpectedly.
Strong and sturdy. Very durable. Easy to use and adjust. Quality material and well made. I really love the look of them too. Im not the biggest fan of using poles when hiking, but as I get older, they really take some of the load off. These fold easily when you arent using them, and are light if you decide to carry them in the pack. Really good pair for a good price.
