El cinturón se adapta perfectamente al cuerpo sin rebotar en ningun momento, le cogen 2 soft de 500ml facilmente. Muy ligero y comodo. Te permite llevar todo lo que necesitas sin que te moleste y si además usas bastones tiene 2 correas para fijarlos facilmente. Una posiblemente mejora? El bolsillo con cremallera es muy pequeño para mi gusto, no coge un teléfono actual, pero lo suficientemente grande para guardar llaves o incluso un par de geles.

Stretchy and comfortable. So many openings for stashing your items and access. Using mostly for my trail running poles.

Holds the phone securely while jogging, also works well in holding keys as well. It does fit on most of outfit. It attach to body tight so feel comfortable and easy to travel with.

I have a big phone (Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23) and it fits in this waist belt perfectly with the case on.
One thing to note, it's not one size fits all. I am size 34 mens and it fits nearly at max. It is jot very stretchy waist so if you're bigger look elsewhere.
It has 2 small open side pockets, fresh for a gel and keys.

I run anywhere from 4-10+ miles and almost always wear this belt. It fits my iPhone 11 with a case on it, chapstick, EarPod case, keys, 1-2 gels and my ID/credit card. It is really easy to tighten and the zippers all work well. Used it in the rain and it kept my phone dry. It doesn’t bounce is comfortable while running.
