Nice Pack but Loose Fit and Bounced A Lot

I am 6’0” and 175lbs, normally between a Large and a Medium. I decided to size down since I like my packs to have a more snug fit. Despite the smaller size, the pack was still too big. The tightening strap system does not allow for the user to tighten the pack down much, either. This pack seems great if you have a wider frame and are able to find the right size, but there isn’t much flexibility in how much it can be tightened down. Customer support was EXTREMELY kind and helpful and advised the 8L design would probably fit more to my liking. I’ll be making the switch.
